Easthaven, being one of the largest and perfectly placed, mixed use developments on the East Coast of the USA. Situated, fronting Hwy. 17, (Market St.) Wilmington NC. Adjacent to the Cape Fear Coast of the Atlantic Ocean. With marina and boat storage/slip/ramp access available to residents offering quick access to Atlantic Ocean and some of the cleanest shell-fishing waters on the intracoastal waterway, immediately around the marina. 

Easthaven has an approved 87,900 per day car count through NCDOT. and ​approved, infrastructure Bond financing package enabled from the NC. Infrastructure Assessment Act which was approved with funding, constant diligence, lobbying, momentum and resources provided by David White, President of Franklin Construction Co., Developer of This Property along with full entitlements and 80% of 1st. phase pre-sold with earnest deposits and contracts, before the 2008 Recession. Project was "moth balled" during the recession, weathering that intermission in US. development activity, then sold as a complete, turnkey package to a local family office with much development experience and longevity potential in 2013, whom renamed it Blake Farms.
